This website collects very little, and what it does collect is used only to answer you. This page explains exactly what happens to the details you provide when you get in touch.

Privacy policy contents

In short

This site has no database, no user accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies of its own. If you send an enquiry, your details reach the practice as an email and are used to reply to you. Nothing is sold, published or used for marketing.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to hypnotherapyforstopsmoking.com, published by Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), and to enquiries made through this website to practitioner Vibha Jain.

It explains how information you choose to provide is handled. It does not cover any other website you may reach from here.

2. What information is collected

The only personal information this website asks for is what you enter into the enquiry form on the contact page:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The message you write
  • Confirmation that you consented to be contacted about your enquiry

If you contact the practice directly by telephone or email instead, we will hold whatever information you choose to share in that message or call.

You are asked not to include detailed medical information, documents or sensitive personal details in a website enquiry. Anything of that nature is better discussed directly during a consultation.

3. How the enquiry form works

This is a static website with no server-side database. When you complete the enquiry form and submit it, your browser assembles the details you entered into a standard email message and opens your own email application with that message prepared.

This means two things worth knowing. First, the message is only sent when you send it from your own email application — you remain in control of it at every stage. Second, nothing you typed is stored on this website or transmitted to any third-party form service.

Once you send the message, it arrives at hypnotherapy28@gmail.com and is handled as described below.

4. Why the information is used

Information you provide is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you decide to proceed, to arrange and conduct an initial conversation.

It is not used to:

  • Send marketing messages, newsletters or promotional material
  • Build advertising profiles or audiences
  • Sell, rent or trade your details to anyone
  • Publish anything about you, including reviews or testimonials

5. The basis for using it

Information is used on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form, or on the basis of your direct request when you telephone or email the practice. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Sharing your information

Your details are not shared with third parties for marketing, analytics, profiling or any commercial purpose.

Information may only be disclosed where we are required to do so by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to the safety of a person. Any such disclosure would be limited to what is strictly necessary.

7. How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting professional relationship, after which it is deleted.

If you would like your enquiry correspondence deleted sooner, write to hypnotherapy28@gmail.com and it will be removed, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

8. Keeping information secure

Reasonable care is taken to keep enquiry correspondence secure and accessible only to the practitioner. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure. Email in particular should not be treated as a confidential channel, which is another reason detailed personal or medical information is better discussed directly rather than written into an enquiry.

9. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies of its own. It contains no advertising pixels, no behavioural tracking scripts and no analytics service that identifies individual visitors.

No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.

10. Third-party services

To keep the site fast and consistent, typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, and Google may therefore receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type as part of that request. This is a routine consequence of loading a web font and is not used by this website for any purpose.

No other external service is loaded by this website. There are no embedded videos, maps, social media widgets, chat tools or advertising networks on any page.

The site also links to the website of Creaa Think Designs, the studio that designed and developed it. That site has its own privacy practices, for which we are not responsible.

11. Your choices

You may at any time:

  • Ask what enquiry information about you is held
  • Ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate
  • Ask for it to be deleted
  • Withdraw your consent to be contacted
  • Ask a question about anything in this policy

Requests can be sent to hypnotherapy28@gmail.com or discussed by phone on +91-9326115588. Requests are actioned as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Children

This website and these services are intended for adults. Enquiries are not knowingly invited or accepted from children. Where a young person may be involved, contact should be made by a parent or legal guardian, and appropriate medical advice should be sought.

13. Information shared during sessions

Information you share during a consultation or session is treated as private and is not published, shared or used for promotional purposes.

No client names, stories, case studies, photographs identifying clients, or testimonials appear anywhere on this website. Where a client appears in a photograph taken at the practice, their identity has been obscured. Any example used on this site is clearly labelled as illustrative and hypothetical and does not describe a real person.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated so that it continues to describe how information is actually handled. The version published here is the current one, and any change takes effect from the date it appears on this page.
